The law in Arkansas
DraftKings and FanDuel both offer salary-cap DFS in Arkansas, where a 2017 law says qualifying paid fantasy games aren't gambling and taxes them, but sets up no licensing. In 2024 the state's finance department told Underdog and PrizePicks to stop house-style pick'em, and pick'em is now available only in peer-to-peer form, from PrizePicks, Underdog, Sleeper, Betr and Dabble. Players must be 18 or older.
